To Authorize your Return / Refund, you’ll need to:

  • Provide original proof of purchase, and
  • Assure product(s) are unopened & in the original packaging
  • Any additional costs incurred such as shipping & tariff fees are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted before being processed.

  1. Submit a standard return request.
  2. Place a new order for your preferred item(s).
    We’ll process your return as soon as quickly as possible so you can get back to doing what you love — riding. Once it arrives & inspected, the refund will be applied to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

Sale & Flash Items

Products discounted 30% or more are considered final sale — no returns, no exceptions. Flash Sale items are also final.  


Freight Damage

Unfortunately, accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged in transit, submit a shipping claim within 3 business days of receiving your package. Make sure to Include any photos which may help our team to understand and visualize so we can help get it sorted in a timely fashion.
