If you’d like to submit a return request, please complete the return form below. We offer free 30-day, no questions asked, returns and exchanges of any unused and unopened products purchased directly from KYBER online.
To authorize your return and refund, you’ll need:
- Provide original proof of purchase, and
- Assure product in its unopened & in its original packaging.
- Note any costs incurred are your responsibility & expense.

- Submit a standard return request.
- Place a new order for your preferred item(s).
We’ll process your return as soon as quickly as possible so you can get back to doing what you love — riding. Once it arrives & inspected, the refund will be applied to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

Products discounted 30% or more are considered final sale — no returns, no exceptions. Flash Sale items are also final.
Freight Damage
Unfortunately, accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged in transit, submit a shipping claim within 3 business days of receiving your package. Make sure to Include any photos which may help our team to understand and visualize so we can help get it sorted in a timely fashion.
