We offer 30-day, hassle-free returns for any unused and unopened products purchased directly from KYBER online. 

Returns

To authorize your Return / Refund, you’ll need to:

• Provide original proof of purchase.
  
• Assure product(s) are unopened & in the original packaging. 
  
• Submit a standard Return Request (form found below).
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. 
  

Start by submitting your Return Request form — our support team will review it and get back to you with the next steps.

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method — quick, clean, and rider-ready.

Any additional costs incurred, including duties, are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted before being processed.

Sale & Flash Items 

Products discounted 30% or more are final sale — no returns, no exceptions. 
Flash Sale items are also final.

Freight Damage 

Accidents happen. If your gear arrives damaged, we suggest submitting a shipping claim with the appropriate courier within 3 business days of delivery. 
We suggest including Photos to help see what you’re seeing — the more clarity, the faster they can resolve the issue.
