Shipping & Order Policy
At KYBER, our job is to design, engineer, and build precision backcountry gear — not manage delivery routes. Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the capable control of the professional courier selected at checkout.
By placing an order, you acknowledge:
- All orders are fulfilled through the Postal Service, please make sure your shipping address must be accurate and complete. If you have a PO Box, make sure to provide in the address box and we also recommend providing your civic address. (add in the box labeled - Apartment, suite, etc.)
- Once processed and packaged, orders are transferred to the courier chosen (Postal or UPS), who is responsible for final delivery.
- Postal duty rates are automatically calculated and collected at checkout.
- If a commercial carrier (such as UPS or DHL) takes over during transit, any duty differences are your responsibility.

Returned or rejected packages due to unpaid tariffs or import fees will not qualify for refunded shipping. Any extra transit costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Processing
- Orders placed on or before 11 AM PST (Mon–Fri) are processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Note: Transit times are estimates only. Delays caused by customs, weather, or the courier themselves are beyond KYBER’s control.
Order Tracking
- Once you place an order, you’ll receive two emails — the first confirms we’ve received your order, and the second lets you know its’s on the move.
- Inside that second email, you’ll find your tracking number and a direct link to follow your shipment through our courier partner’s website.
- Please note it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate after your shipping confirmation arrives.

Refunds & Exchanges
We offer free 30-day, no questions asked, returns and exchanges of any unused and unopened KYBER products* purchased directly from KYBER online. Learn more about our policy, and how to submit a return on our Refund & Exchange Policy page.
Sales are final on product discounted over 30%. No returns on Flash sale items.
