We Build It Right — But If It’s Not, We’ve Got You.

 

We accept returns on unused and unopened products purchased directly from KYBER online within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To authorize your return and refund, you’ll need:

• The original proof of purchase
• The product in its unopened, original packaging
• Submit a standard Return Request form

We’ll process your return as soon as possible so you can get back to doing what you love — riding. Once it arrives & inspected, the refund will be applied to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

Any additional costs incurred — including duties are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted before being processed.

 

Sale & Flash Items

Products discounted 30% or more are considered final sale — no returns, no exceptions. Flash Sale items are also final.

 

Freight Damage

Unfortunately, accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged in transit, submit a shipping claim within 3 business days of receiving your package. Make sure to Include any photos which may help our team to understand and visualize so we can help get it sorted in a timely fashion.
