WHO CAN APPLY?
To apply for one of the 8 SYNDICATE positions, you must:
- Be a member of the KYBER COLLECTIVE.
- Have made at least one KYBER purchase between September 15, 2026 and March 15, 2027.
- Have completed a minimum of 6 WEEKLY MISSIONS.
- Demonstrate the knowledge, skills and experience expected of riders advancing into the higher levels of the ALLIANCE.

YOUR SEASON IS YOUR APPLICATION.
Applications are accepted September 15, 2026 through March 15, 2027.
There is no advantage to applying first. With only 8 seats available, we recommend waiting until later in the season so your application reflects the strongest and most current version of what you've accomplished.
The Missions you've completed, the knowledge you've built, the credentials you've earned and the way you've contributed to THE COLLECTIVE all help tell us who you are.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
8 RIDERS MOVE FORWARD.
Every eligible application will be reviewed by KYBER.
From those applications, KYBER will select the 8 riders who have earned their place.
The selected riders will enter THE SYNDICATE, the first earned tier of THE ALLIANCE, and begin a 1 year commitment with KYBER.
