SAVE AND SUBMIT

YOUR STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO SAVING, RENAMING & SUBMITTING YOUR FILE.

GET YOUR FILE READY. SEND IT RIGHT.

Whether you're entering a Mission or Giftback, the process is simple.

Follow the steps below to correctly rename, save and submit your file.

RENAME YOUR FILE

Swipe LEFT for Steps 1 - 4

STEP 1

SELECT YOUR FILE. Open Photos, select the file you want to submit, then tap the Share icon in the lower-left corner.

STEP 2

SAVE TO FILES. Scroll down until you find Save to Files and select.

STEP 3

FIND YOUR FOLDER. Already have a folder? Enter in the Search bar & Select. If NOT, continue to STEP 4 to create one.

STEP 4

CREATE YOUR FOLDER. Select New Folder & name it KYBER Submissions so your files are easy to find for future submissions. Once complete, continue below to SAVE YOUR FILE.

STEP 5

CONFIRM YOUR FOLDER. Make sure KYBER Submissions folder is selected, then tap the checkmark in the lower-right corner.

STEP 6

CHECK BEFORE YOU SAVE. Confirm KYBER Submissions folder is shown at the top and your file to rename appears at the bottom.

STEP 7

RENAME YOUR FILE. Select the filename & rename exactly as outlined in the applicable Mission, Giftback, certification, or proof instructions.

STEP 8

CONFIRM & SAVE. Check you have the Save as filename correct, then tap Save in the upper-right corner. Once complete, continue below to GET THE SUBMISSION LINK.

STEP 9

GET THE LINK. Open the applicable Mission, Giftback, certification, or proof opportunity and find the submission link provided.

STEP 10

COPY THE LINK. Select the complete submission link by highlighting it, then tap Copy.

STEP 11

OPEN THE LINK. Open a new browser window, paste the copied link, then tap blue right-pointing arrow to open the submission page.

STEP 12

REVIEW THE DETAILS. Read through the final submission requirements, confirm everything is correct, then tap Add files.

STEP 13

FIND YOUR FILE. Select Choose Files, then open KYBER Submissions or the folder where you saved your renamed file. Once complete, continue below to SUBMIT YOUR FILE.

STEP 14

SELECT YOUR FILE. Find your newly renamed file and confirm the filename matches the submission requirements before selecting it.

STEP 15

OPEN YOUR FILE. Confirm the correct file is selected, then tap Open in the upper-right corner.

STEP 16

CHECK YOUR FILENAME. Confirm the correct filename appears on the submission page. If not, tap the X beside the filename & go back to STEP 14.

STEP 17

ENTER YOUR DETAILS. Enter your Full name along with the email address associated with your Rider Profile & tap the Upload button.

STEP 18

SUBMISSION COMPLETE. Once the Finished uploading screen appears, you’re done. Your submission is complete.
